INTEGRITY

Let’s make
things clear.

The essentials on the product,
the platform, and getting started.

What is REBARIO?

REBARIO is an engineering data management platform for complex industrial assets. It links requirements, technical documentation, equipment registers and 3D models in one data graph and shows which documents and decisions a change affects. The platform consists of 12 modules, from documentation and requirements to 4D/5D modelling and site quality control. It is developed by Rebario Ltd (United Kingdom).

How is REBARIO different from a document management system?

A document management system stores files and routes approvals. REBARIO also checks the logical and technical relationships between documents and shows the impact of a change and compliance with selected requirements.

Can we start with one module rather than the full platform?

Yes. Each module can be adopted independently (Standalone) or connected within one ecosystem. Select your scope in the catalogue and prepare an individual configuration enquiry.

Can REBARIO be deployed on-premise, in a closed network?

Yes. Embedded IT integrators deploy the platform inside the customer’s secure on-premise perimeter, including isolated infrastructure, and connect it to enterprise systems such as 1C, ERP, TDMS and Primavera.

Does AI make the final engineering decision?

No. In REBARIO, AI supports specialists: it flags risks and inconsistencies in document text and relationships. Applicable codes, findings and document release are reviewed by authorised engineers.

Can we explore the product and discuss deployment?

Yes. Send an enquiry with the Get Started form: describe your asset and tasks, and we will propose a demonstration or pilot format. If you already have access, use the “Sign in to demo” link in the form (demo.rebario.com).

PRODUCT · SCOPE

Capabilities and scope.

Interactive examples use prepared sample data. They illustrate the workflow and do not analyse visitor documents.

Module scope, integrations, schedule and cost are agreed after project assessment. Scenario descriptions do not guarantee financial outcomes or regulatory approval.

AI helps identify relationships and potential inconsistencies. An engineer checks the results; authorised specialists retain responsibility for decisions and document approval.

DATA HANDLING

How data is used.

Controller. Rebario Ltd, Office 10434, 321–323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex RM6 6AX, United Kingdom. For questions about your data, write to [email protected].

Enquiry form. Nothing is sent until you tick the consent box and press “Submit”. We then receive your name, email, phone number, job title, company, country, project description and selected modules, as well as the page and language of the enquiry. We use them only to answer you and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Recipients. The enquiry is stored on our server and delivered straight away to a closed REBARIO team group in Telegram through the Telegram Bot API. Telegram may process the data outside the UK and the EEA, including in countries without an adequacy decision; by ticking the box you explicitly consent to this transfer (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Retention. We keep an enquiry for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you and then delete it from the server and the Telegram group.

Your rights. You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to a supervisory authority: the ICO in the UK or the data protection authority of your country.

“Download selection” creates a file on your device and sends nothing. Contact details and your project description are not saved in browser storage. Unsubmitted text does not move to another page.

Cookies and browser storage. The site sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers. The browser keeps only the IDs of selected modules for the current tab (a selection may also travel in a link’s scope parameter) and a note that you closed the privacy banner. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) to run the site and protect it from abuse.

The engineering 3D illustration uses a local library. External demo links are governed by that service’s own terms. Do not include secret or restricted information.
